Welcome to my Project in end of september number 94. Once upon the time.. my Friend ask to print the board. He sent me large board. to i give advise how about to make half size on this board. I m sure PCBWAY able to do that with top grade high density resolution of print machine. if able to do print in 0.1mm so i think rendered images in 200dpi or more is acceptable. So i start to import use Eagle. before that you must convert that image layout into Black White bitmap. Its done by Paint save as monochome bitmap. next after imported into Eagle next step export that design into Gerber format. Download Plug in cam proccesor from sparkfun is fast way to get seven dwarf layer.. ( bottom copper slikfootprinttop masktop maskbottom outline and drill file)
I rezise this design... into fit 10x10 cm. To get specialized price $5 . And became looks like this :
How about create naked full fill lead coating ? just create mask bottom layer same as copper bottom layer. its mean that all copper will be immerse into hot lead. and i very love the result because its can make fine connected the rendered jpg copper (i use eagle to convert jpg to brd finally gbr) here the exelent result :
my friend ask.. how to put the IC in this shirked pcb.?. its crazy mind that you can do vertical position to connected pin at PCB. then use universal PCb to connect socket fly over.
well this just metal detector.. any cool project will be come in October 2018 i will be back.
