memodifikasi power amplifier 140W yang menggunakan IC 741

saya disini cuman merangkum apa yang saya baca anda silahkan baca sendiri di beberapa postingan teman teman di FB grup coba saja ketik 741 140W. tidak mudah memodifikasi ampli ini karena resikonya bisa saja tr jadi terlalu panas. yang berhasil memodifikasi menjadi lebih enak, lebih powerfull atau lebih apalah.. silahkan ninggal jejak komen dibawah ini klo ada waktu luang aku mampir ke blog anda. okeh langsung saja copas pertama statement dari : mas Jepe forum Elektronika

Kemarin utak-atik ocl 140w 741 driver dari bd139/140 aku ganti tip 41/42 suara lebih bersih dan heatsink lebih adem dan bass juga lebih nendang. 

Je Pe Trafo big 5a 32vac.. aku suka kit ini krn karakter suaranya yg bersih. dulu pernah rakit ini pake 4 set malaysia 3055 untuk stereo dan pasangan trafo BELT 5a 32vac ngangkat audax 15" fullrange masih bertenaga tdk kedodoran BD139= Tip 41   sedangkan BD140 = Tip 42  bedanya basis kiri dan kanan, kolektor tetep tengah jadi masangnya dibalik. kalo 139 tulisan membelakangi kita maka 41 tulisan menghadap kita

bagi yg nekat mau memodif ocl 140W, dari 741 ke tda 2030, inilah yg harus diperhatikan!
•quiescent current (arus panjar/diam) Qi 741 dkk 1,7 - 2 mA, sedangkan tda 2030 adalah 40 mA. tentu harus menyesuaikan R dropnya. 
•pada ocl 140W di titik output op amp itu, gain struktur sekitar 5Vrms dgn beban 5kohm, jadi klo dihitung pake V = i x R maka i = 5 : 5000 = 1 mA. 741 sudah lebih dari cukup. 
•pada tingkat output (jerohan) tda 2030 adalah klas B pushpull (AB). sedangkan pada 741 dkk adalah klas A.
klas AB mempunyai cacat alih silang pd freq tertentu. 
•harga tda 2030 lebih mahal dari 741 dkk.

•sebenarnya saya hanya akan bilang "tidak ada untungnya".

after several month i busy in my office creating report this juni i made something from clasic era.

one day i ssearched pcb intercom. in my chidhood era was in 1989, saturn indonesia company made pcb for student hobbies.

 i want to rebuild this happy moment. here my new  re draw.
